Monte Young

Monte was an attorney and project developer for Summit Environmental Resources, spending much of his time in Asia. After a successful eight-year career in law and project finance, Monte decided to take-on a new challenge and enter the entertainment industry.

Since 2001, Monte has written five feature-length screenplays and has produced and directed the indie feature, Billy Todd's War. In 2002, Monte joined American Rhino Productions and is currently producing a dark comedy, Mulligan Circle. He is scheduled to direct the film in the fall of 2003, as well as direct a supernatural feature, Winter's Last Fall in the spring of 2004.

In addition, Monte has utilized contacts he made while working in China and is developing a series of documentary films with the China Cultural Institute, depicting Chinese culture and history.
