His extensive involvement in the public and private sectors included leading school districts and hospitals. He brings to Palm Beach Regional Center (PBRC) key strengths in the areas of organizational and business development, and application of collaborative processes to provide solutions, improve operations and reduce costs.

 

Haddad graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Master of Arts in secondary education in 1973, holds post-master degree credits culminating in administrative certification, and has completed management training at Yale University. He received his Bachelor of Science in English and education from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1970.
