Anthony Korda, Esq. has been a practicing attorney for thirty-two years, first in England & Wales where he maintains a practice as a Barrister, and subsequently in the US. Named as one of the top 25 EB-5 Attorneys for 2014 and 2015, Anthony focuses his practice on Business Immigration and EB-5 matters, representing Individuals, Employers, Developers, Regional Centers and Investors. Anthony has successfully filed several hundred I-526, I-829 and I-924 Petitions He has represented hundreds of investors from more than 22 countries, as well as businesses throughout the United States who wish to offer a secure EB-5 opportunity to the world market. Anthony has also diversified his practice to include L-1, E-2, E-3, EB-1 and H1B, as well as all aspects of Family Immigration.
More recently, Anthony has developed a practice representing investors in failed EB-5 projects and works with his clients to try to ensure that they may remain in the US as permanent residents and recover their investments.
Anthony is a frequently quoted Immigration expert, and has been a featured speaker at a number of presentations in the US and around the world. He has traveled extensively throughout China, India, South America, Great Britain, Europe and Ireland, advising clients about all aspects of the EB-5 Investor and other Visa programs.
Anthony earned his Law Degree from the University of London and qualified as a Barrister of the Bar of England & Wales in 1988 where he practiced successfully for many years before moving to the US. He qualified as an Attorney in 2007 and has focused his practice on Immigration and Securities Law, with particular emphasis on Business Immigration and the EB-5 program ever since.
Anthony moved himself and his family to the US using the EB-5 program and is therefore able to offer his Clients a unique perspective to the immigrant process.

He is admitted to the Bars of California and DC and is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of England & Wales, where he is authorized to accept Direct Access cases.
